I struggled with g, I love ginger but wanted a piece that had sprouted as it usually does in my house. Thinking on it now I could have sketched my wonderful stem ginger pot which is a beautiful little jar. I didn’t.
I’ve taken grapes into two meetings to sketch during my lunch break this week and they’ve been eaten.. Today, I managed to sketch them beforehand though I hadn’t put the colour on and was convinced I might have eaten the grapes that were in the sketch. Thankfully I’d left them in a different bag. I know, boring, boring.. I also could have sketched a green bottle of wine I suppose. Wine’s made from grapes.
Here’s my sketch for g is for grapes. Hope you like it. Will try to post my hot H a bit earlier tomorrow.

Grapes
My AtoZ Blogging Challenge is all about err, I had every post topic then I changed my mind. This year I have no official theme, however, I do seem to be sketching vegetables quickly.. or fruit and the occasional flower and some completely different things.
Even if you’ve not enjoyed reading this post why not see what others are doing too during 2016 AtoZ Blogging challenge. I look forward to seeing you back here tomorrow though I have little idea of what it will say..
I’m enjoying your posts. I’ve a painting on Sue’s Trifles today, but I’m not a practised artist. Sue
Me neither but I’m practicing. This challenge got me sketching again and now I can’t stop. Thanks for the support Sue glad you’re enjoying them and I’m enjoying sketching them.
Since everyone is eating your grapes, maybe you could draw the empty stem (vine?) they used to be on…
Excellent idea for V, thanks John. Love it!
Your artwork is so pretty! I admire the talent. Take care. Dawn
Thanks Dawn. Really glad people are admiring it. I’m loving doing them as I’d not sketched as much as I should do so far this year.
