And finally, I get back to vegetables! Leeks. What shall we talk about? Leaking a story, the time I had a leak in my living room. Ok, too much. Cock-a-leekie soup.. No I’ve never had it either.
I love Leeks and used to grow them in my veg plot at the end of my garden. I’m going to try to get it going again this year. Said that for the past two years so don’t hold your breath.
Leek
Either just on their own or with a white or cheese sauce. They’re a veg I tend to have with fish or chicken. Not sure why. Very easy to grow, give them a go if you’ve not already. What do you tend to cook them with? Do you have a veg plot?
