G’s linked to Peterborough Cathedral: Generosity; Grace; Gothic; Geometry; Germany; Great string course; Greenery; Gargoyles; glass windows; Gables; Gravestones and Gardens.
I know. F was taken with font and I’m using my west front image which could be suitable for gothic another time. I enjoyed doing this sketch of the volunteer creating a stunning flower display and it’s finished and ready top upload while I’m trying to get ahead in this challenge. Greenery does include flower displays so I think I’m ok with this illustration and word for G.
Peterborough, UK, is celebrating 900 years of the current Peterborough Cathedral building which is my 2018 A-Z theme. Rather than give you lots of information which you can get from the website, books or by visiting and having a wonderful guided tour I’ve provided a list of topics and an illustration of one of them.
This is one of hundreds of blogs doing this challenge. Take a look at what others are doing and support this AtoZ Blogging Challenge.
I see a lot of greenery in this picture.

Thanks Kristin though the way I use the watercolour doesn’t really look very green.
Another great picture. And what a wonderfully inspiring topic to choose for your A to Z blogging.
Thanks Ruth. It had to be the Cathedral in this ‘Peterborough Celebrates’ 900 year.
I love this one….good job!!

Thanks Donna, I never really know how they’re going to turn out and who’s going to like them or not. I just love doing them, it’s very therapeutic and relaxing for me. They’re very dependant on who’s around and walks in front of me which is why I love creating them so much.
